Ebay And Honesty

I am having a problem with Ebay and honesty, I am not sure how this happened, but I ended up buying one of those websites off Ebay.

It was advertised to make $4,000 per month with only an hour per day of your time.  

Ok, I look really dumb now, how could I not know. I guess I was thinking that it would make a little, maybe a tenth of what they advertise with 4 hours a day – something like that.

That would mean you would be making $5.00 per hour.  That seemed like a very modest goal to me, something a lot more realistic than the $200 per hour they were advertising.

So I put in over 80 hours, and did a good job, since I have a strong background in computers and website design, I got a lot done.

I earned exactly Zero - $0.00 - that give me $0.00 per hour.  Not exactly what I was looking for.

So it’s very obvious to me that this is a bust, it does not work.  But since I paid $250.00 for it on Ebay I know I can sell it for something maybe half what I paid probably a little more.

Then I could easy create a second site and sell it and get all my money back, the problem I am having is selling something that is not worth what people will pay for it.

I will not be able to get what I paid because I can’t or won’t lie about it, I can just say I bought it and this is what I paid for it, without the claim of $4,000 a month I am sure it will not be worth as much.

So that is my situation with Ebay and honesty.
