EMO Not Answering Their Phone

I called EMO Corporation back again tonight after 7pm central time and I got a new recording.  It said that their hours are 7 am to 7pm central time.

So this means that my umpteen phone calls that went unanswered for more than an hour… and all their departments, sale customer service, check processing, and operator – they were all suppose to be there they just don’t answer their phone during business hours.  Why do companies make it so hard to make a little money?

This is a little discouraging, because to cash a check from them you have to have the bank call them.  Well if it takes more than an hour to get them to answer then I am not sure how that is going to work when your standing in the bank lobby waiting for the call to go through.

Maybe I could call from home then if I got them on the phone I could try and keep them on the phone while I drove down to the bank?

I am going to give them one more try tomorrow, as in one more phone call, not one more hour of phone calls.  If they don’t answer their phone tomorrow morning then I am going to switch my money making efforts to stormpay.com and see if they are any better.
