EMO Making Money At Home - Signing Up
The first thing you need to do to start investing in one of the high yield investment programs is to fund it with some money.
I decided to try and use www.emocorp.com to see how that worked.
They start by saying that they need one of the following:
- Passport
- Drivers license
- ID Card
- Gas bill
- Electric bill
- Utility bill
- Telephone bill
After that they ask for the last 4 of your social security number, and your date of birth.
This information they say is not kept by them but just used to verify who you are.
After you submit this information then they will verify who you are and you can make a deposit.
I upload the files and give them my information. I check back an hour later and I have been verified.
So it looks like I can make a deposit now… I try to fill out the form to make a deposit at Wells Fargo. After I fill out all the information I am kicked off their system.
I log back in and I find that I have a pending cash deposit. Of course I have no idea of how I am going to deposit this money.
I call Wells Fargo and ask them if they have any information on EMO Corporation. They don’t know anything about them. So I send an email asking about what I need to do to try and make sure the money goes into their account.
Now my email goes down – this is not EMO’s fault, my ISP just picked a unique time to screw up.
I am expecting them to email back and tell me to go to any Wells Fargo branch and set the money down in the corner of the lobby in a brown paper bag and run.
Or something like that…
I am starting to lose my confidence in EMO, not that I really had any. I am thinking maybe I should just try and put in $5.00 and see if they ever get this thing working or not. If they lose my 5 bucks then I can try someplace else.
I call EMO 1-887-876-6639 and their customer service department puts me on hold for about 10 minutes then it forwards me to a voice mail box that tells me to leave a message and someone will call me back as soon as possible.
I call back and try for an operator since customer service looks like they don’t want to answer…
The operator “O” is the same as option “3” customer service.
I am looking through the information on their website while I am on hold, it says:
If you use an IP Anonymizer then your account will be disabled.
I guess that means they don’t want your business unless you’re willing to turn over your IP address.
I call back on hold 10 more minutes then same thing, back to the voice mail.
I call back and try the authorize a check, this option puts you on hold for about 2 minutes then transfers you back to the main menu.
The sales option puts you on hold then transfers to voice mail after about 2 minutes also.
I call about 8 more times…. Same results.
I looked up on their website and they are located in Texas, I have been on the phone for almost an hour now. I hope they just went home and will be back tomorrow. I guess the trick is if you’re on the west coast to call early in the day, maybe before 3pm???
