Making Money With Your Dog

On CNBC they just had a show about making money.  There was a lady who was getting a divorce and had a lot of bills, her divorce attorney told her to get a therapist or a dog.

She bought a dog.

She then decided she liked taking pictures of her dog, so she was going to try and make some money selling the pictures she had taken - of her dog.

Now, to me this sounds like a hobby, not something anyone would really make some money doing.  Maybe you could sell a couple pictures on ebay, people there will buy anything put how much could you really make, maybe $5.00 dollars?

The dog’s name is Zelda and is now the number one selling Hallmark card, and the dog is making $75 million dollars per year.

This is a good example of why you should not listen to other people if you have a passion about so way to make money, then you should do it.

And it also shows that you don’t have to have an idea that no one has ever heard of before.  I am sure a lot of people take pictures of their dog.  Probably not to many people are making money selling them to Hallmark.
