Sitepoint can be a little annoying

The main reason that buying a website on Sitepoint can be a little annoying is that I have had several of my posts deleted recently.  

Ok, so all my posts were not all comparable to Shakespeare – but if you look at almost any thread on the websites for sale section you will find a ton of :

Great site good luck with the sale, I would buy it if I had the money.    

How lame is that… After you have read it about a million times it makes me want to find another way to make some money that doesn’t involve reading anything at sitepoint.

I guess the lesson is when I am bored and killing time I should just copy and paste the above line into all the sites for sale and then I would be ok.  

When I ask a half serious question then my posts get deleted.

I agree that many of the posts were stupid, but the censorship changed the whole direction of the discussion. There was about an even amount of positive and negative posts about the price of the site. Now anyone reading the thread will only see the glowing accolades.

So I guess the moral to the story is if you want to make some money by selling your site there then get the monitors on your side and they will delete anything that does not make your site look good and help you out with your pump and dump.
