Web Sites For Sale - An Education

Looking at web sites for sale really gives you an education on what types of sites are making money.  Usually when someone puts their site up for sale they post how much income the site is making.  They also say how much they are spending on advertising.

It is obvious that forums take a lot of time and only make a little money, everyone seems to want to sell them based on their potential, or their great news letter income…

The fact that so many people want to sell their forums makes me even less likely to want to buy one.  

It is also interesting the sites that are not for sale, I have learned a lot about sites that people just seem to never sell.  Adsense content sites that are making money just seem to never come up for sale.

Anyway, if you check the sites for sale everyday for a month you will really get an education on the types of sites out there and their income potential.
