2DollarSurf Email On StormPay

The Autosurf Owners are all worried, as they should be.  I think there is a good chance a lot of them could be in the same boat in a few more days….  Some that don’t have much money in Stormpay will only suffer from the overall paranoia that is going around.

Hello Everyone,

I apologise for not sending out an update sooner, but I have just spent much of the day in a forum for Autosurf Admins Only, discussing the situation as all of us try to establish the best way to proceed in this very worrying situation. As many of you know, a couple of dozen autosurfs have now had their SP accounts either frozen or limited, and the list grows with every hour. Shocked

As a very large percentage of members in most autosurfs chose to use Stormpay as their processor, this has been quite a shock to the autosurf industry. Huge amounts of funds have been frozen, and to this point, noone has received a response from Stormpay or been able to reach them for an explanation. Most of the frozen funds are in programs whose admins quickly complied with SP's demands to remove all other processors.

To this point our 2Dollarsurf account is "untouched", and we have been able to continue to make payouts and to accept payments. However, due to SP's actions and the precariousness of our situation, we decided that the only way to ensure the safety of member funds is to discontinue the use of Stormpay as a "pay-in" processor for the purchase of units. BUT.....as long as our funds are available and not frozen, payouts will continue as usual to members who qualify to receive SP payouts.

We ask that for the sake of all members NOONE file a "Claim" against us with Stormpay or ask for a Chargeback. We understand the tendency to panic in situations like this, but please realise that to bring us to Stormpay's attention in negative ways will cause our account to be frozen so payouts cannot be made and EVERYONE will suffer. If you have a concern, please share it with us, and we will do all we can to find a solution as always ! Very Happy Very Happy

Our eGold processor is open for business as usual, and of course egold payouts will continue to be made. We are in the process of adding Emo and completing their verification paperwork. MoneyBookers is no longer an option as they too are freezing accounts. We are also looking into the possibility of using our own (2DS) autosurf payment processor, an option discussed in the Admin Forum where many agreed that surfsites doing this would offer a much safer solution.

Please do continue to enjoy your surfing, and to upgrade via egold and your earnings while we continue to work towards the best solutions for all of us.
