EMO Customer Service Answers

It looks like EMO does not answer their phones.

Customer service plays the following message:

You have reached our customer service department,
all agents are currently busy
please stay on the line and your call
will be answered as soon as possible, thank you.

You will get this message every 65 seconds then after the 10th message you will be switched to their voice mail system to leave a message.

Well the 3rd call I got through and the customer service person said I should go to the transaction and at the bottom there is a print button, this will print out a deposit slip.

I look at the deposit slip and it has everything except the account number, luckily I spot this while they are still on the phone and they tell me to go to flash media player’s site and down load the latest version.  

It looks like my version is a couple weeks old and does not work with this.  Sure enough that does is and I have a deposit slip now.

I am not sure I am willing to risk my $5.00 or not.  I guess as long as anything does not go wrong then it will work, but if I need to get a hold of customer service then I could be in trouble.
