EMOcorp.com Customer Service Reconsidered

In light of the whole StormPay / 12DailyPro situation it may have not been fair to say that the customer service at EMOcorp.com does not work.

It looks like when I was trying to get a hold of them was right in the beginning of all the problems and people were probably already switching from Stormpay over to EMOcorp.com so now I am sure that was an unusual day for them.

To be fair I would need to see how they responded on a normal day, whenever one of those comes along.

So, for now I would change my opinion of them and say that when something unusual happens it’s very hard to get them on the phone.  

I have not read to much bad about them so hopefully they will be around for a while, at least long enough for me to get my money back out.
