Stormpay Refunding Money

It looks like the FBI is probably involved in the Stormpay ordeal or going to get involved.  At least there is a lot of talk about it at this point.

Stormpay is continuing to take money from customer’s accounts and there are some reports that they are withdrawing funds from banks and credit cards of customer’s that are linked to their Stormpay accounts.

At this point it is a given that any money anyone has in Stormpay has a good chance of going away and your account being reduced to zero, and this process being called a charge back to someone who you have had a transaction with recently.

The reports that Stormpay has been withdrawing funds from banks and credit cards that were linked to customers Stormpay accounts may be true, but I haven’t seen any hard evidence of this, and there are just as many people saying that Stormpay is refunding them money.

So who knows…

This is what North Shore Media is saying:

Hey Gang,

We met this morning with our Legal Team and have been advised that we need to gather as much information as possible. Any documentation, screenshots etc. that you have, that you wish to forward to us would be appreciated.

We've set up a new email address for this so that we can print these out and get them to the Legal Team tomorrow. A determination will then be made as to whether this is cause for Civil or Criminal action.

As today's events have unfolded it certainly looks as though this will be a criminal case. When you start breaking into FDIC insured bank accounts, I'm pretty sure that escalates the issue far beyond where we were a couple days ago.

Please send and documentation you've received from StormPay or screenshots etc to

legal at northshore-media.com

Thanks.
