It looks like a lot more people are reporting that their account balance at Stormpay is now at 0.00 and they have a charge back that was the amount of the balance that was in their account yesterday.

Some people are saying that the charge back is more than the amount leaving them with a negative balance in their account and that Stormpay is then transferring the difference from their bank account or credit card to bring their account back up to zero.  

Effectively taking more money from them than what was in their Stormpay account.

Many people are also reporting that some major credit card companies know about Stormpay because they have had so many calls to do charge backs, when they call all they say is - Stormpay took my money, and the customer service people with the credit card company say – ok, we know about that.
