Stormpay's Update To Customers

Stormpay issued an update to their customers today saying that the only thing they are trying to do is to preserve as much money as possible so they can return all the money to the rightful owners that they can.

Stormpay suddenly found out one day that all these companies that were transferring money were running illegal Ponzi schemes.

So they decided the only solution is to reverse as many of the money transactions as possible so that many more victims of the ponzi/pyramid schemes can be reimbursed their original “investment”.

The only problem I have with this is…. Why was Stormpay trying to get these companies to drop their other payment processors so Stormpay could have all the business one minute, then saying they are illegal and keeping their money the next?

I guess if Stormpay could now come up with an explanation as to how they were unable to detect these ponzi schemes one minute, but then were suddenly able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were the next.

They also are denying that they have taken any money from any customer’s bank or credit card accounts, but they also say if you have ever received a payment from any of these programs that this is the victim’s money not yours.

It would also help their creditability if they were to some day issue a lot of refunds to customers.
