Selling books online through Amazon

Just ran across an interesting idea, I was reading about making money on a personal web site and the person was talking about a book they had read about how to get rich.

Anyway, there was a link for the book title and I for some reason just clicked on it and the link went to amazon to buy the book.

I wasn’t really interested in buying the book, but I had just read a mini review about the book and found out that the person who runs the web site I was on liked the book and thought it was helpful for them, and here I was at amazon all of a sudden and if I had been a little more interested in the book like a lot of people probably are then I might have just bought the book right there.

Very clever advertising, I almost didn’t even notice how it was happening. I was just reading about making money one minute the next I am looking at a related book on amazon and thinking about buying it.

I guess to start you need to sign up as an affiliate for amazon then use your affiliate link to direct people there whenever you talk about something you could be selling.
