Collection Agencies Not Working Out

I have given up on trying to find a collection agency to collect the debt from my previous tenants.

I am not sure I could find a collection agency to collect for me if I offered them 75 of the money.

From the few responses I have gotten it looks like everyone wants commercial debt to collect against a large company with lots of assets, and no one wants to try and collect debt against individuals.

There is no doubt it would be much easier to collect a debt against a large company, maybe someone like Ford or Google, so I can understand them not wanting to do this.

Now that I have given up on finding a collections agency, I have decided to try focus more on a skip tracing agency, my hope is that I can find someone who can locate where my previous tenants are working and do it for around $50.

Then I can take my judgment and go to the Sheriff and have them take the money out of their paychecks.

That part is not hard to do and I have had success with this a couple times before.
