Adsense Targeting AdsNow I am more confused than I was before. I thought I had started to figure out a few things about Adsense, but it looks like maybe not. http://real-estate.max5.com/2005/10/tenant-screening.html This page is where I first noticed that the keywords I was trying to target "tenant screening" were being completely ignored: it started out with no ads related to tenant screening and has recently started showing ads that are a little related. So I created this page which is basically the same page only made using HTML by me instead of using blogger. This page was showing the correct ads as soon as I put it up. Max5 - Real Estate: Tenant Screening This is where I copied the 1st page to make some changes, when I copied it from the sub directory to the main directory it immediately started delivering different ads, that seem to be a little more relevant. https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=23168&topic=371 I went to this page and found some information on possibly making the pages more relevant if I can get these tags to help eliminate the links. <!-- google_ad_section_start --> From previous experience I know that when you first put up a block of ads, Adsense will look at the url of the page and try to deliver ads based on this. The reason I know this is because I spent several hours trying to figure out why when I copied a new page from one directory to another the ads would all change. I then took several different pages, and found out that they all started with the same ads, when I copied them to different directories the ads would change. The text of the pages did not matter any page uploaded would start out with basically the same ads. After some time the Adsense bot would come and the ads will change based on the URL, then the links the page has. I think the H1 tags are important also, but the text is the least important. So the best solution is to buy a domain then put up all pages relating to one keyword and link all the pages together. I don't want to do this, too much like s*p*a*m
