I phoned and they told me they could do nothing for me and I was to email vip@empirepoker.com <vip@empirepoker.com> I did and this was the corespondence chain that I have recieved

I have phoned the 1 866 299 8893 number 5 times and each time they say that they cannot help me but to email vip@empire where they do not help me.

Someone at paypro finally agreed to pay the money to my neteller within 6 hours but I just recieved a call from them saying not that they will not cash me out until empire clears the security issue. I have emailed vip again and as of yet no response.
