Making Money With Blogging

I keep comming back to this idea because it sounds like such a perfect way to make money.

Write about some ideas you have on a subject you enjoy and then make $100,000 or more from people visiting your site.

If it were only that easy.  I have come to the conclusion that there are some people making big money blogging.  But they either hire 100 other writers to do the writing and manage them well.  Or they work 18 hours a day 7 days a week.  Neither one of these options really work that well for me.
