Making money with Online Poker

I signed up for Party Poker because I ran across the site FreeFiftydollars.com I thought I would give it a shot even though I didn't really believe them about giving you a free fifty bucks.

I signed up and sure enough I got $50 deposited in my account. Party Poker's lowest limit table is .50/$1.00 which is more than I am used to playing but I get another $25.00 if I play 125 raked hands, so I decide to go for it.

I end up losing $35.00 to make my $25.00 bonus so it didn't work out so great. Party Poker has a lot more people playing so there are always lots of tables at any limit they have.

I got on a roll and got my account back up to $55.00 then I cashed out $53.00 I didn't have any problems with the transfer to Neteller. $50.00 is the smallest amount that you can withdraw with Neteller.

I withdraw the money so I can use it to clear some bonuses on other sites, and I have heard rumors that if your account has a small balance in it Party Poker will give you incentives to play.

My balance has been $2.00 for a couple months and today I get an email from Party Poker telling me they would like me to play some more (I guess they missed me) so they put $15 in my account.

I have only been playing a couple hours a week at this site, I was not sure if I cleared the bonus or not, I think I had to play 150 raked hands to cash out the $15.00 I have been playing pretty good and getting lucky also, I played the $15 up to $55.00 then I cash out $53.00 I still have some bonuses to clear at a couple other sites so I don't really want to play here until I do, and maybe I will get another incentive to come back here and play.

I signed up a friend of mine at Party Poker because it looked like there may be a way to get more than the $50 sign up bonus. I got the $50 for signing him up but he ended up losing some money trying to clear the $25 bonus offer he got so I ended up giving him the $50.00

Then I found out that if sign up as an affiliate you can sign people up under two different programs:
  • you just get $50 or $65
  • you get a percentage of their rake.
Then my friend calls and tells me for the last couple months he has been playing the $4.00 tables about 6 hours a day. He is doing better and making some good money, I am kicking myself for not finding out about the percentage deal sooner.
