Beginning Poker Players

I keep hearing all the time poker players saying

"I am so good a player, I can't win against bad players."

This really puzzles me, I mean if your so good why can't you win?

I put these people in the same category with the people who say

"I have won every poker game I have ever played, I just need you to stake me some money and I will give you a percentage of everything I win on my next game."

I suppose there is maybe one poker professional out there who has spent all his money and needs someone to start him out again. But if your winning every time then you should be rich by now.

I think both of these types of poker players just are really bad players.

To win against a table of bad players all you have to do is stick to the basic strategy.

When someone bets to the river and catches that runner runner heart to make their flush, it's a little annoying but that tells me this person will win one time out of about 25. That means he beat me this once now the odds are the next 24 times he trys this I will win.

If you can't make money playing against someone like that you really need to stop playing poker.
