My first hook trade today made 1 point, the market was setting new highs and I thought it could go through the roof. I would have held onto it today because the last couple days have been 4 or 5 point moves on the hooks.

Today, I got stopped out at 1 point then as soon as I got filled the market turned and went the opposite direction. Glad I got out early at the top with my limit order.

The 2nd hook, I sat in it for 2 minutes to the second then I couldn’t take it any more and got out with a $24 loss. So gave back half my profits.

Would have made a profit with a 3 tic limit order.

I need to start keeping track of how many times I make a hook trade and what the max profits would have been. Then I can review and check to see if I should adjust my sell orders.

Installed twitterFox, but it only updates every 3 minutes. Extremely slow for what I am trying to use it for.

I guess I will leave it so incase something comes in and sits there for a few minutes and I don’t see it then it will notify me.  But it would be nice if there was some way to make an alert when it updated, or when something new was posted.

My reload every program is refreshing the page every 30 seconds and most of the time I notice if there is a change. Well depending on what I am doing, when I am watching a video 5 or 10 minutes can go by and I don’t see anything.

I may look into one of those zoom programs if I can find a free one then I can enlarge the screen where the new info would be.

It would be nice if I could get it to beep every time it reloaded the page, so I would know to check it.

I was also looking over some of my old trades, I really need to keep better notes on the trades, and review them more often.

Stocktwits – working nice.

John call on oxgn, bought 1500 shares, price spiked up, not sure if because of him or not?

Changed email address to try and get some faster emails.

Need to keep all the stocks up on my list.

Also need to check to see if nasdaq so I can short… or OTC
I signed up to get emails from a bunch of different sites.  So I can start checking to see how good they are at pumping stocks.
One thing I noticed is that the price they charge can vary quite a bit, from 3 or 4 thousand dollars, to 50,000 dollars plus stock.

PennyStockPickReport has agreed to be compensated fifty thousand dollars by a third party for a one week investor awareness marketing campaign for VNTA.
7/26 - 7/27 and 7/28 pumping.
The 26th may have been when I signed up for their emails, so they may have been pushing the stock before the 26th.
