obvious pump & dumps like DRGZ and NHYT,

ZAGG is back near its old $7.45 highs, just 35 cents/share below…I’ll consider buying it if it can break above $7.50 convincingly, squeezing the shorts
DRGZ dropped a fully predictable 50%+ from $2.70 to $1.20 on volume of 700,000 shares…
RINO dropped 15 cents/share on the day when the markets were up huge,
XRTX and CHRS both broke out good buys
TRGT up to $7.25 on positive drug news. potential buy, not very predictable.
APWR also broke
CEUA our old Chinese pump & dump is close to breaking out again at $5.50…potential buy, but if it goes up too far too fast, it’ll be a potential short too since its so thinly traded

Today I need to do some research on email, and figure out how to get my email much faster.

I think sometimes, TimAlerts sends out the emails first then sends out the SMS phone alerts. So I need to find out how to get a fast email.

Right now my email is the slowest possible one, I have to click on my email client to check for new emails.

I have a gmail address that has some program that runs every few minutes and checks but I am thinking I should be able to do better than that, besides 2 or 3 minutes is a life time for some of these stocks.

Especially if I am going to try and play some of the TimAlerts buying surges, like some people are doing.

Ok, I need an email that has an alert that I can hear, so I guess first I need to get my speakers hooked up on my 2nd computer.
I am going to try running a 2nd computer so I can keep it up all the time with the sound on, when I am surfing around and stuff I close a lot of windows and turn the sound up and down. So I already know anytime an alert came I would have the program off  and the sound muted, that’s just the way it work for me.

Ok, got the speakers working,
Testing gmail, google is fast at receiving mail about 10 seconds but then it takes over 2 minutes for the alert to go off because you have to use a separate program that check every couple minutes. So basically Gmail has no real time sound alerts.
That’s not going to work.

On to aol, seems like they might have something.

Aol, first test not good, waited one minute, and nothing.
Aol has display new mail automatically and play sound settings, they are both on but it

It looks like AOL takes much longer than Gmail to find the mail, well it got this one in about 20 seconds, but no sound alert.

I tried 2 test while I had the inbox open, now I am trying one with a message open and not the inbox, see if that makes any difference.

Waited an minute and nothing…

Clicked on inbox from a message and got audio alert, so the sound alerts do work, just not when you need them.

50 seconds and no alert this time, when inbox is open.

Sent an email to att.net using yahoo personal assistant – one minute, and nothing.
Will not show up in my yahoo inbox, but can download with software from att.net very strange.

[15:38:42] oscar3: the AD = a buy
[15:38:47] oscar3: ad = a buy

Spy 94.37 at buy – not 100% sure on this price.

[15:39:01] oscar3: signal came out at
937.50 so guage it from there

[15:40:10] oscar3: 943.50 s/b target

[15:59:56] oscar3: i am exiting my AD
FYI......just staying conservative

Spy at 94.01

No one was talking about the trade, but it looks like around a 4 point loser, depending on your fill.

At 1:15 spy was at 93.99 so about the same price Oscar got out.

Another email idea, is windows messenger. and I think AOL has a messenger program too. Have to check those out.

Messenger does not seem to be linked to any email address, it pulls up my outlook program when I try to send an email, not sure if I changed my default email address in the system if that would make a difference or not.

Back to AOL, going to see if their instand messagnger can sound off on emails.

One more idea, it might be possible to get some software that would make a noise when the screen changed. So then gmail would display the email and then the software would alert me the screen has changed.

Ok, I seem to be logged into AIM and also my AOL email and it didn’t make any difference, the email does not update until you click on check for new mail.

Next idea, I turned the screen saver back on, I don’t really use them, but if I had the screen black then it poped back on I would notice that I received an email.

Now I am trying mail.com

ran across this page

http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=r2_e6KS21KY1VLbLf_X-83g&output=html - it is a record of Oscar's AD trades from 4-15-09 to 7-16-09
